Marjorie Kivuva is an accomplished Pan- African lawyer and Co-Founder of Tarra Agility Africa, where she leads the Legal Department of the firm’s international tax, legal, and accounting advisory practice. With over a decade of experience supporting cross-border investments, Marjorie specializes in structuring and guiding ambitious ventures into and within Africa—working at the intersection of talent, capital, and enterprise. Her advisory spans corporate, finance, real estate, energy, and private wealth, with a strong focus on enabling both indigenous and diaspora-led businesses to navigate regulatory landscapes and scale sustainably.
Having trained in globally ranked law firms including Muthaura Mugambi Ayugi & Njonjo Advocates and Anjarwalla & Khanna Advocates, Marjorie brings deep transactional expertise and a nuanced understanding of Africa’s evolving business environment. She is also a Corporate Governance consultant and an active member of the Centre for Corporate Governance and the Institute of Directors (Kenya).
