Passionate about global teams, people and culture, He is best known as the Co-Founder/CEO of Betrworkr, a global HR Tech startup that covers all things people, culture and human capital: From sourcing global talent to managing payroll, employer of record services, employee benefits administration, visas, remote work asset administration/employee productivity tracking, and everything in between—Betrworkr helps startups, scaleups and global enterprises cut through red tape, stay compliant, and grow fast with the right people, systems and support.
Raised in Miami, Florida and Minneapolis, Minnesota, he studied at Valley City State University where he graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration in May 2006.
Before founding Betrworkr in 2020, Lord Malcolm built a strong career in marketing, business strategy and ultimately HR, holding leadership positions at Dakota Bank, Well Fargo, Magenic and Microsoft.
Lord Malcolm is active in supporting cross border entreneurship and the future of work on the continent.
